Who you callin nappy?

If you've been following the Don Imus story (in which a popular US radio talk show host referred to the Rutgers Women's basketball team as "a bunch of nappy hos" causing an outrage among some leaders in the Afro-American communuty) what is your opinion of the story?

I was shocked or offended by Imus using that term and think that he should resign or be fired by his network

I think he was wrong to use that term and he should pay a penalty but something less than being fired or resigning, maybe a fine or suspension
7(7.7%)
I think it was an offensive thing for him to say, but I think people are over-reacting. He apologized for saying it, that's good enough.

It was a stupid or offensive thing for him to say, but I'm just as offended by the way people like Rev. Al Sharpton are trying to milk it.
19(20.9%)
It was stupid thing for him to say, but he has his freedom of speech and there should be no penalty.

It wasn't offensive at all, it was funny. People should get a get a sense of humour.

I agree with what he said in the first place, the Rutgers Women's Basketball team are a bunch of nappy hos.

None of the above quite express my sentiment, but I think he was wrong and should suffer a consequence.

None of the above quite express my sentiment, but I don't think he should suffer any consequence.
