Covid-19 and Self-Care

According to Integrative Medicine Program at the Mayo Clinic, good self-care has four components, and they go by the acronym NESS, which stands for nutrition, exercise, stress-management and social networking. I think self-care will become more and more important as time passes in this current environment, and I'm curious to know what all of you wise people are doing by way of your personal self-care regiment, hence this poll.
