going for a drive on my own can help relieve stress for me too.

I find the best thing that works for me in relieving stress is adult colouring in books. I find that colouring in clears my mind as if I was meditating.

I forgot to put "something else" as well. Aromatherapy - smelling lavender and chamomile stuff.
