My clever sister-in-law has the "from" on her tag some how reflect the gift. One year our neighbor who was here for dinner Christmas Eve insisted on trying to guess the contents of all her gifts and we has to open them to satisfy her curiosity.
This is the second year we are doing them all on Christmas evening, because we are waiting for my eldest and her boyfriend to get here from his family's place in Maryland.
It doesn't matter when, it's always the same good time. :O)
I open my presents as I get them as I don't really believe in xmas or anything, I just participate for the benefit of the people around me that do. If they think I shouldn't open my present I will just open it and then wait til xmas day to thank them. Does this make me a bad person?? If it does I don't actually care. Traditions are silly, I think humans can evolve faster as a species if we let them go. #drunkcomment
