Thank you, Ken!
It's so nice to have a clever friend.

I...I can't really answer the poll with the responses given. :/

I've never read Catcher in the Rye, nor anything else by Salinger, but I know who he was and am aware of his writings. I don't have any strong motivation to read Catcher in the Rye, but I'm not opposed to the possibility of it one day.

Also, I love graphic novels, but I wouldn't say I prefer them to 'regular' novels or vice versa.

There wasn't an option for book I loved as a teen, but after reading it later on thought has the stupidest thing ever. :P

I was past the age for Holden when I discovered Salinger.
I do have a copy around somewhere.
The Glass family were essential when I was in grad school.
I won't see the movie because it won't be available where I am.
Curiosity will drive me to the book. I think I'll make the library get it for me.
I've said my piece on my own site
Thanks again, Ken

catcher in the rye was annoying but 9 stories was terrific; Uncle Wiggly in Connecticut was the scariest story I ever read.
