People in 12 step programs are cautioned to be on guard for the following four character defects listed below. Which of these are you most susceptible to?
There are very few things in this world I can't ever find it in me to forgive. It doesn't mean I condone bad behavior, but if I can understand how someone came about doing it AND they are willing to change their ways and make amends, I'll most likely give them the benefit of the doubt.
How are you at forgiving when the other person doesn't admit their wrongdoing? That's one that I struggle with, I tend to hang on to that stuff instead of letting it go (though I think I'd starting to get a bit better).
I guess it really depends. If they can't see that what they did was wrong, I might still be able to forgive them (depending on what it is). But if they DO know that it's wrong, and is hurtful to others, but refuse to make amends (examples include identity thieves and malware writers), then I probably would not forgive them ever.
Depends a lot on what one fears I suppose. I tend to be fearful of public attention, not really something that should concern me. I don't seem to be fearful of heart disease even though there's a family history of it and I don't take care of myself. So the first fear counts as a defect in my opinion, the second doesn't (except of course I don't have it).

My best quality is standing up for what's right.
If what's right is the rules.
Honestly, I've really got nothing nice to say about myself.
