My husband and I are moving in a few weeks and the other day we were at the apartment/townhome community we are moving to signing a few papers and tying up some loose ends. When we were leaving we decided to drive past our future townhome where we saw the door wide open and someone loading up a truck. It was fairly obvious it was the soon to be former tenant. Hubby and I started joking that we should stop and ask the guy a few questions such as, "What wall is best for the TV?" "Are the neighbors annoying?" "Does the water stay hot in the shower?" We decided that he would think we were nuts and just kept on driving. Still it got me wondering....

If you saw the person or people who are moving out of your soon to be home would you approach them and ask questions?
