Physical Fitness

My friend Hari called my this morning and asked if I wanted to go for a run with him. I realized that I hadn't gone running in over a month and that I'd better get back running if I want to feel okay about myself when I hit the beach this summer. The run was okay, but it made me curious about what the rest of the world does to keep in shape, so I wrote this poll.
