I only saw two movies this year, Tron: Legacy and Thor. Both were very good.

Also, I'm sad that you omitted The Muppets from your list :( (That's next on my "to see" list)

I thoguht Tron: Legacy was technically a 2010 movie? Still a nice film though. I saw it in theatres and enjoyed it.

Ah, you're right. It was released December 17th, but I didn't see it until January. Whoops!

Unfortunately, I deleted and reposted this poll three times, because I kept remembering movies that I left out. And even after all of that, I'm kicking myself for forgetting about Friends with Benefits, one of my two favourite movies of the year.

It sucks when senility strikes so young.

It's kind of sad how few movies I saw.

The only 2011 movies I saw besides Harry Potter were Contagion (really good) and The Roommate (entertaining, but definitely glad I only rented it from the library).

Seeing War Horse & We Bought a Zoo next month, though, and fully expect them both to be better than any of the above.

I love Hanna, X Men: First Class, Thor, and Harry Potter and Deathly Hallows Part I. I'm sure there are other 2011 films that I've seen that I can't remember off the top of my head. I've watched a lot of movies this year on DVD, but it's a mixture of newer and older films. I do want to eventually watch Green Lantern and Salvation Boulevard (whenever this one gets on DVD). Tonight I will be watching Margin Call with my dad.

Oops, I meant Part II

Also saw the new 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo' movie last week. It was pretty good. The opening for it is awesome.

That film looks good. I saw the Swedish version and was so angered by the rape scene that I'm scared to see this version, even though I love pretty much anything that Daniel Craig is in.

It was toned down from the way it was described in the book but the scene was still pretty intense in this movie version.

I am the same way about Daniel Craig. ^_^

I bought the Green Lantern DVD; I didn't see it in a theater. We don't go to the movies often.

I was only able to check off two of those. Now, if the question had been "which do you want to see," I could have checked off most of them.
