Technically, I have three computers... but only one of them is "live." One of the others is "dead" (the OS BSOD'ed to oblivion, and I haven't gotten around to transplanting the hard drives from it into an external drive enclosure), and the other one is just an empty case with a motherboard but no drives.

I don't have a driver's license, so even if I wanted to go to the beach or travel elsewhere, I can't. D:

And yeah, I'm the biggest square when it comes to music. XD; Mostly, I know stuff that predates the 1990s, and some video game soundtracks. ^^;; If you were to ask me what's popular today, I wouldn't have a clue.

To be precise, I currently have one fully functional computer (laptop); but I also have the remains of three others that range between 0% to 90% functional.

Hahahaha, your computer situation sounds kind of like mine. XD

London is three hours away from me; I included it because I don't consider that 'close' (given that I don't have any transport of my own, so it's not somewhere I visit more than a few times a year).

So many Canadian locations on that list but nowhere in Alberta! I'll be going to Alberta in January 2011.

I selected 'something else' on the beach question, only because we don't have any beaches nearby. Well, I guess technically there's kind of a beach on the Great Salt Lake, but I doubt anyone would actually want to hang out there (it's stinky and way too salty). Occasionally I'll vacation somewhere in the summer where there's a beach and I usually visit the beach then, but that's more as a tourist stop than just chilling at the beach.

I said yes, even though like you there really aren't any available to me... but if there were I'd be there. =D

Oh, yes. The seven computers in this house don't include the two gutted laptops under my bed.

I used to love the beach, but I haven't been in years. :( Between working and not having decent swimsuits and the fact I burn so easily...

My home consists of myself and two flatmates, and we don't really interact at all. I personally have two working computers and I think that one of my flatmates has a couple as well, the third of us has only been here a month or so and I have no idea whether she has a computer at all.
Each of them has a car.
I answered something else for the third question as those dates are winter for me.
I've never been a beach friendly person, because of the sand and the fact there tends to be a lot of wind. I'm also not inclined to leave my home all that often.

Four computers are currently in use. Two are not.

I live about half an hour outside of NYC so I didn't feel it was fair to check that off.

I honestly don't know the exact number of computers in my house. Whenever my dad gets a new one, he keeps the old one in case he needs anything off of it, but he never, ever gets rid of them. Functioning computers: my laptop, his work laptop, and our two desktop PCs. We also have two towers and a monitor in the dining room, and at least one tower and one monitor in the basement, but I'm willing to bet the number is higher than that.

Summer vacation: I said "something else." I'm traveling to Spain at the end of August, but I'm going to be there for a semester to study. I'll probably travel before September 21 while I'm there, but I wouldn't necessarily call a weekend trip a vacation.

Between my boyfriend and I we have 4 desktops and a laptop. 2 of the desktops are his (one is old and for playing old DOS games), one is used for watching hulu on TV (this one is the oldest) and one is brand-spanking-new. It is a bit excessive, but we are frequently using 3 at a time.

I live at home on a farm, so we have a ton of animals, including nearly 30 chickens.

And wishful thinking says I'd go to London or Paris in the next year, but that's only an "if I won the lottery" scenario, unfortunately. :(

We don't have any cars IN our household... we leave them in the garage! ;D

Working computers that are still actually used in our home = 10

I have three computers: desktop, laptop, & netbook.

My husband has two computers: desktop & netbook.

My daughter has two computers: laptop & netbook. She actually also has a working desktop in her room, but it's no longer in use and she gave her monitor to my parents, though we have other monitors she could use if she decided to use this again, though not likely.

My son has two computers: desktop & laptop.

Our old laptop is set up upstairs in the den. This is the laptop my husband and I shared for about 8 or 9 years, but once he got his netbook last December, it hasn't been used much.

My old desktop is still in working condition, but we packed it away a couple of months ago. We used to have it set up in the den upstairs where the old laptop is now. My husband recently gave his old desktop to my parents--cannibalizing some parts from a few other older computers we had sitting around.

My husband and I are taking a trip to Washington, DC, in June, but it didn't fall within the dates you stated, so I didn't include it. We don't usually travel much in the summer, but I may be heading up to Maine for a few days or up to a week. Plans have not been finalized.

ETA: We currently have four cars, but soon we'll have five as my husband just bought a new car.
