The above scenarios would not bother said partner but would bother the partner who is hanging out if the roles were reversed

"Partner" needs to build some confidence in the relationship or they really shouldn't be in it. Holy crap, that would be a paranoid person.

In all cases, I'd say it depends on the situation, independent of whether it merely bothers the spouse/partner. The question is that of whether the married/partnered person is doing anything with the visitor that inherently threatens the marriage/partnership, particularly if the relationship isn't an abusive one and the spouse/partner is being secretive about their activities (especially if they're non-platonic) with the visitor.
