I would live in Buenos Aires in a heartbeat. It's one of the most beautiful places I've ever visited, and with the USD/peso conversion, I was essentially rich.

Also, it depends on who's playing in the super bowl as to whether I'll watch it or not.

I didn't make any resolutions.

Brisbane's too far east; 4am sun is not my cup of tea! I would love to live in Melbourne though, and I will be living in Cairns at some point.

More like 5am sunrise. You could just get really thick, dark curtains ;p
Both Melbourne and Cairns are great!

You really need to come to my house for dinner. :P

Re: Super Bowl. "Hell no!" implies that I have the option of watching it, but I refuse. I don't get the Super Bowl where I live (UK) so I won't watch it because I can't.

Same.

I haven't watched any new episodes of the Simspons for several years (I pretty much quit watching TV by then), so I can't speak on their recent quality. But by the time I stopped watching it, the quality. IMHO, was already going downhill. =/ The best seasons were, IMHO, first through eighth.

The "hell no!" on the Super Bowl question is more of a "no" or "don't care about the Super Bowl." I've never watched it, don't intend to ever, though I have nothing against it.

I have never watched late night TV talk shows, so I had to answer "none of the above." I don't know any of those hosts.

I think Bill Clinton is a total dick personally (bad side) and I also think he was an excellent president (good side) and those two things are really, really not comparable. I would never put them on the same scale so I don't really think one can outweigh the other.

I won't be watching the Superbowl, but I'm kinda sad about that. Not that I'm a football fan in the slightest, but I love the commercials, halftime, and the parties! But I bought tickets to Avenue Q months ago without realizing it was the night of the Superbowl. No wonder it was so easy to get good seats! ;)

Last question, something else: I did my own research (book-level only) - asking my parents was just not something I felt the need for, nor did they attempt to talk about it.

I like London, and it is so close to my home now too ^^(just 1.5 h flight ^^)

#1. I think I've seen maybe one episode of The Simpsons, and I only watched it because an actor I liked was on it.

#2. I wish Bill Clinton could be president again.

#4. My current husband was my boyfriend when I was 15 years old. (He was also my boyfriend when I was 12, but we broke up and were just friends for a few years.) We got married when I was 19, almost 30 years ago. I've never strayed outside the marriage, and, to be honest, even if I were not married, I don't imagine I'd be interested in anyone. [BTW, I love my husband and we are good together in that way. heh]

#5. No cities. I'm not a city person. I would never want to live in any city. I grew up near Boston and that's a great place to live, but I don't think I'd like to be in the cold again, and I don't like the idea of living somewhere that I might run into people I went to high school with or something. (That's just strange to me, since I always lived away. I find it kind of creepy.)

#7. I don't make New Year's Resolutions.

#8. I'm not sure I remember. I think I felt comfortable talking to my mother about such things. I also had an older sister, and the three of us would have discussions about sex and related topics. I also discussed it with my mother before I got married, but...I'm not sure how *really* frank we were. I was somewhat innocent at a much older age than most people are now, but that was a different time, too. I didn't have access to all the movies and TV shows and things that kids do nowadays. OTOH, I felt comfortable talking to my mother about pretty much everything and anything. I talked to my dad more about philosophical stuff and politics and issues of the day.

"No for some other reason" to The Simpson question because though I'm not a fan personally I have friends who like it.
