Brie and gouda. :)

of course it would be impossible to list every kind of cheese, so I went with the ones that get consumed regularly in my house! But brie and gouda are good too! :)

My parents are wine collectors, so we always had a bunch of cheese, so I really really like cheese.
Petit basque is my ultimate favorite cheese, and I usually eat cheese with wheat-thins.

ah darnit, wheat thins! I love wheat thins, but I'm using up the 937 boxes of wheat sociables that my mom found on clearance so I didn't even think of them. LOL

Cracked pepper and olive oil Triscuits. With everything.

Have you had the rosemary triscuits? I thought they would be good, but I found the flavor to be a bit too strong and now I am scared to drop $3 on a box if I don't know if I'll like it. :-P

Definitely wheat thins! I like Ritz/Townhouse if there is nothing else around (too crumbly most of the time for me!), and Saltines are reserved for with soup or if I'm sick.

CHEESE. I love everything, really, so I just picked my absolute faves from the list. Also Brie, Gouda, and fontina for special occasions. Oh, and Havarti! My mom loves the dill kind, but I like it just plain the best. On a triscuit. Or on bread like an open faced sandwich.

Extra mature cheddar... all crumbly and yum.

Yes! Nothing has ever topped the cheddar that I had once that had been aged for TEN YEARS. You don't even need a cracker for that stuff.

Jarlsberg, Brie, Gouda, Havarti, Camebaert....just about ANY cheese except that processed plastic-wrapped shit.

Ooh, that was fun!

I quickly skimmed through the comments and didn't notice if anyone mentioned blue cheese, so, yeah, blue cheese, especially on a burger.

Favorite cheese for pizza: feta

One of my favorite cheeses not mentioned: goat cheese....it is served on top of one of my favorite grilled chicken dishes.
