I did read "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective Teens" by Sean Covey when I was a kid, though.

Someone gave me a copy of How to Win Friends and Influence People around the same time period, but I never read it.

I feel like I dislike these kinds of books on principle cause my mom writes them. *shrug*

I've read one, and I don't remember the name of it. It was something my old psychiatrist recommended to me for anxiety, and he used a lot of the worksheets and stuff from it as well. It helped a bit, but I wouldn't say it was all that significant in itself.
